Greater Goods
Greater Goods is a free grocery store in the heart of Kensington. The Sunday LOVE Project opened the storefront at 3200 Kensington Ave in August 2022 after listening to the heartbeat of the neighborhood. When we saw children from the neighborhood coming to get food on the streets, we knew we had to do more.
With the help of The Greenfield Foundation, Acme Markets, and the community, we were able to open a brick and mortar location to provide food for those in need.
Greater Goods is open Monday-Friday, 9am-12pm. No appointment needed. Our only requirements are to bring ID the first time, and to bring a bag for groceries.
​​​​​​​Feed the Kids
Sunday LOVE is now partnering with Frankford High School and Eliza B. Kirkbride Elementary School to provide food pantries to the students. Schools provide the only consistent meals for many students and they go hungry on the weekends. We want to put a stop to this. Donate to our School Pantries today!
In addition to our school-based food pantries, Sunday Love is supporting a number of athletic teams including Kensington Soccer Club and Timoteo Sports, a nonprofit youth mentoring organization based in Hunting Park.
