Sunday Love and Philly Foodworks have been working together since 2021. Philly Foodworks is an online farmers' market that works with over 200 local producers to deliver their products throughout Philly and the suburbs.

How It Works

Every month Philly Foodworks donates local, pasture-raised proteins to Greater Goods. Since we started partnering, they have donated over $60,000! Proteins are really important as they are one of our highest demand items but very hard to find. 



For every new customer who signs up from Sunday Love, Philly Foodworks is donating a week’s worth of protein for a family of four to the Greater Good Market. How the Philly Foodworks model works

1. They Find What’s Fresh: Each week, they check in with our farmers, growers, and producers, then update the market and farm shares with the latest, freshest offerings.

2. You Start Filling Your Basket: You can start shopping when the market opens each Friday and make any changes to your farmshares and subscriptions. Then you can make any edits to your order until 7 a.m. the day before delivery.

3. They Pick and Pack: Once your order’s locked in, their growers get busy picking, gathering, and harvesting. Then they bring your food from their farms to our Hunting Park warehouse, where they pack your box

4. Fresh Delivery: Once your box is packed, it’s on the road to your door. And because it was harvested within 72 hours of arriving, your produce shows up crisp, fresh, and full of flavor.

Our organizations are driven by the same goals. To create an equitable food system for all of Philadelphia. Investing in a local food system for Philly and systems of mutual aid is what we need to do in order to make sure that as this system continues to deteriorate, the people in our city are able to provide for one another.
